Chicken Pot Rice (Serves 2)

Ingredients
250g Elephant King Thai Fragrant Rice
300ml Water
250g Chicken Thigh
One Piece Poons Wind Dried Pork Sausage

Seasoning
1tbsp Gold Plum Superior Light Soy Sauce
Chopped Spring Onion

Marinade
1tbsp Gold Plum Shaoshing Wine
1tbsp Gold Plum Superior Light Soy Sauce
˝tbsp Gold Plum Premium Oyster Sauce
˝tbsp Flour
A Pinch of Gold Plum Ground White Pepper
Few Drops of Gold Plum Pure Sesame Oil
4 slices Ginger

Preparation
1. Remove chicken bone and skin, and chop into pieces
2. Marinate chicken for 20 mins, then add the shaoshing wine and marinate for a further 5 mins
3. Wash rice and put into a steam pot, add cold water and steam for 7 mins
4. Put chicken pieces and pork sausage on top of rice and steam for further 10 - 15 mins
5. Add soy sauce and chopped spring onions, serve with the pot
