Chicken Pot Rice (Serves 2)

Preparation
1. Remove chicken bone and skin, and chop into pieces
2. Marinate chicken for 20 mins, then add the shaoshing wine and marinate for a
further 5 mins
3. Wash rice and put into a steam pot, add cold water and steam for 7 mins
4. Put chicken pieces and pork sausage on top of rice and steam for further 10 -
15 mins
5. Add soy sauce and chopped spring onions, serve with the pot
