Fish Eat Goat
(Serves 2)
Steamed Salmon with Lamb

Seasoning ½ teaspoon Gold Plum Premium Oyster Sauce 1 teaspoon Gold Plum Pure Sesame Oil 1 teaspoon Gold Plum Rice Wine ½ teaspoon Ground White pepper ½ teaspoon Gold Plum Crushed Yellow Bean Sauce 1 tablespoon Gold Plum Superior Light Soy Sauce ½ teaspoon Corn Flour or Potato Starch |
Preparation
1. Slice the lamb fillet and marinate with all the seasoning and allow to
sit for 10 mins
2. Slice the ginger and spring onions, and place in cold water
3. Stir fry the sliced lamb until half cooked, ready for stuffing
4. Place a piece of Salmon fillet on a plate and put a piece of lamb fillet on
top of it. Then put the other piece of salmon fillet on top, and sprinkle
with spring onion and ginger slices
5. Heat up the steamer. Steam salmon for 7 minutes
6. Finish the dish with spring onion and light soy sauce
